How do I connect my Xero account?
Login to your xinowa account, and click on the xero icon on your home page.
Why do I get “Sorry! I cannot find that” when I do a query?
The reasons for this response:
1) The information requested does not exists in your Xero accounts.
2) Bot doesn’t understand the query i.e. info requested is not in the bot’s vocabulary.
How do I disconnect my Xero organization from the bot?
Go to the homepage ( www.chatbot.corientbs.co.uk ). On the top of the screen, you should see a ‘Disconnect Xero’ button. Click on it to disconnect your Xero account. More simply, you could also send a WhatsApp message to the bot saying ‘Disconnect Xero’ and your account will be disconnected.
How do I change the Xero organization I’m connected to?
After disconnecting from the organization you’re connected to (for details, see the above question), click on ‘Connect to Your Xero Account’ on the homepage. You can connect to an organization of your choice then.
How do I change my registered phone number?
Go to the homepage. On the top right corner, you’ll see ‘Settings’. Go to Settings > Profile Info > Change Phone Number. You can change the country code and phone number from here.
Why does the bot return ‘User not verified’ when I try a query via WhatsApp?
It seems that your authentication process hasn’t been completed successfully. Please ensure that the phone number and country code you’ve specified is accurate.
What format do I enter my country code in?
You need to enter your country code without the preceding ‘+’. For example, for UK the country code is 44; for the US/Canada, it is 1.
Why does the bot return ‘No organization connected’ when I try a query via WhatsApp?
It seems that you don’t have a Xero organization connected yet. Please go to the homepage and click on ‘Connect Xero’ to connect an organization of your choice.
Why does the bot return ‘Sorry! I cannot find that’ when I type in a query?
The query you seem to be trying out is not currently supported by the bot. We’re doing our best to handle more and more queries for you. Thank you for your patience!

1) Make sure the entered email id is correct.
2) Please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
3) Try registering again.

How should I edit frequency of Push Updates?
Login to your Xinowa account, go to push settings page, select the frequency of the updates and click on save settings.
How should I change my Subscription Plan?
Login to your Xinowa account, go to subscriptions page, select the package you want to update to and click on update package.
How to Disconnect Whatsapp from Xero Chatbot?
Send “Stop” from your bot to disconnect Whatsapp from Xinowa.
What time of the day we will get Push notifications? Can we change that time?
Updates are delivered at 9:00 am in your local time. Currently changing the updates time is not possible.
I have paid my subscription and haven’t received any notification. Whom should I contact?
Subscriptions sometimes may take a little while to activate. If it has been more than 24hrs, please reach out to us at: support@xinowa.com
Can I speak to someone if I have a query?

I have paid my subscription and now want to cancel. Will I get refunded ?
No, cancelling subscriptions is only possible at the end of the billing term. There will be no refunds.
How do i disconnect xero organization from xinowa?
You can send message “Disconnect” from the bot to disconnect the organization. Or you can visit Xinowa home page, click the the profile tab on the right top of the page and click on disconnect xero.
Can I connect multiple organization from xinowa?
Sorry, as of now connecting only one organization is allowed per customer.
I want to connect an organization from a new Xero account, but Xinowa automatically redirects me to the old account. What should I do?
You’ll have to logout Xero organisation from login.Xero.com and try again.
How secure is my data?
None of your financial information is stored with us directly. We keep information temporarily for relying it and delete the same. The messages are sent via Whatsapp which are encrypted
What frequency options are available for push updates?
You can set your push updates frequency to the below options:
1) Daily: Push updates will be rolled out daily.
2) Weekly: Push updates will be rolled out every monday.
3) Every 15 Days: Push updates will be rolled out on 15th and 1st of every month.
4) Monthly: Push updates will be rolled out on 1st of every month.
When I send invites to the clients, they are not receiving it?
Mail might end up in the spam or promotions folder. or It might be a temporary issue, please click on send invite to send the invitation again.

I have a premium account, why am i not getting any push updates?
Please make sure that your Whatsapp and Xero account are connected to xinowa. If it still doesn’t work please reach out to us at: support@xinowa.com
How can I delete my account?
You’ll not be able to delete the account on your own. Please reach out to us at support@Xinowa.com, if you want to delete your account.
I am an accountant, how can I use the chatbot?
You can add yourself as a client and use the chatbot. If you have already used your WhatsApp number for registering the account, you might need to update your phone number on the account info page.
Why is my country not listed in the options?
Currently we are only serving in limited countries, please drop us a mail at support@xinowa.com to get further information.
Till how long can I get the reports and stats, after receiving the “push updates are ready” message?
Your push updates are valid till 24hrs after receiving the “push updates are ready” message. Within this 24hrs window, you can reply with ‘yes’ or ‘y’ anytime to receive the reports and stats.
