Pricing and Subscriptions

Login to your Xinowa account, go to subscriptions page, select the package you want to update to and click on update package.

Subscriptions sometimes may take a little while to activate. If it has been more than 24hrs, please reach out to us at: support@xinowa.com

No, cancelling subscriptions is only possible at the end of the billing term. There will be no refunds.

Setting XINOWA Chatbot

Login to your Xinowa account, and click on the Xero icon on your home page.

1) Make sure the entered email id is correct.
2) Please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
3) Try registering again.
4) Drop us an email at: support@xinowa.com, we’ll love to help you out.

Mail might end up in the spam or promotions folder. or It might be a temporary issue, please click on send invite to send the invitation again.

None of your financial information is stored with us directly. We keep information temporarily for relying it and delete the same. The messages are sent via Whatsapp which are encrypted

Please make sure that your Whatsapp and Xero account are connected to xinowa. If it still doesn’t work please reach out to us at: support@xinowa.com

You’ll not be able to delete the account on your own. Please reach out to us at support@Xinowa.com, if you want to delete your account.

WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption is available when you and the people you message use our app. Many messaging apps only encrypt messages between you and them, but WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption ensures only you and the person you’re communicating with can read what is sent, and nobody in between, not even WhatsApp.

Using Chatbot

The reasons for this response:
1) The information requested does not exists in your Xero accounts.
2) Bot doesn’t understand the query i.e. info requested is not in the bot’s vocabulary.

Login to your Xinowa account, go to push settings page, select the frequency of the updates and click on save settings.

Send “Stop” from your bot to disconnect Whatsapp from Xinowa.

Updates are delivered at 9:00 am in your local time. Currently changing the updates time is not possible.

You can send message “Disconnect” from the bot to disconnect the organization. Or you can visit Xinowa home page, click the the profile tab on the right top of the page and click on disconnect xero.

Sorry, as of now connecting only one organization is allowed per customer.

You can set your push updates frequency to the below options:
1) Daily: Push updates will be rolled out daily.
2) Weekly: Push updates will be rolled out every monday.
3) Every 15 Days: Push updates will be rolled out on 15th and 1st of every month.
4) Monthly: Push updates will be rolled out on 1st of every month.

You can add yourself as a client and use the chatbot. If you have already used your WhatsApp number for registering the account, you might need to update your phone number on the account info page.

Your push updates are valid till 24hrs after receiving the “push updates are ready” message. Within this 24hrs window, you can reply with ‘yes’ or ‘y’ anytime to receive the reports and stats.

In this box, you can mention any valid Email Address to which you prefer to send all the documents and images through XINOWA chatbot

If you are invited by an Accounting firm, ask your Accountant to enetr respective emails. If you have signed up as a Business Owner, kindly enter Email provided by processing applications. For more assistance schedule quick demo with our team.

Once image is uploaded on XINOWA chat, it gets sent on mentioned emails. If image is deleted later, it wont impact on email sent.
